Instructions for Use

HOT COMPRESS

Place the herbal pillow in a microwaveable plastic container and heat for 1 – 2 minutes, on high setting. Avoid overheating as this will damage the filling.

COLD COMPRESS
Place in an airtight plastic container and chill in the freezer for at least 30 minutes. Do not freeze.

WASHING
Remove the outer covering before washing. Do not take out and wash the seeds. 

STORAGE
Keep the herbal pillow in an airtight container and keep in a cool dry place. Avoid exposure to heat and moisture.
